4731 Grand River

Detroit

Founded in 2000 by Ric Geyer, the gallery was once led by Bryant Tillman, who served as the artistic director for several years.

4731 Grand River is home to a gallery located on the building’s first floor, alongside a coffee shop. The upper floors primarily house artist studios. Recently, the gallery has been revitalized as a key hub of the Grand River Creative Corridor (GRCC), which serves as a base for mural artists working on projects along Grand River Avenue and other nearby buildings. The GRCC has also placed boards on lawns, providing additional space for outdoor art.
