Located at the junction of Warren Ave and Grand River on Detroit’s near west side, this was the first project where we rented to a large non-profit, Architectural Salvage Warehouse of Detroit. We also rented space to multiple artists and art organizations. This property was sold to an investor who is continuing to improve the neighborhood and has added a restaurant and built a series of upscale “Quonset Hut” tiny houses called “North Point”, fundamentally improving the neighborhood.
